Woa guys. I'm pretty sure having this many new mods all the time could cause problems. It is good to have as many good mods as we can, I get that but we need to choose these guys more carefully. Being active in the forums doesn't necessarily make you mature and well suited for the job.

It seems like you are only voting based on how well candidates are known in the forums and how good their grammar is. This is not a good way to make decisions like this. To be fair, it wouldn't hurt to let them try being a mod for a while, then have their mod "status" taken away if they do not correctly do their job. That wouldn't do much bad at all.
