I'm going to have to agree with SL.

Since this happened a lot less people have been banned...

Here's some advantages/ Disadvantages.


Advantages:

The ban days are fair.
It saves a bit of time.
It's easy enough to use.

Less fights.
Disadvantages:

Inappropriate names are banned.
We can't ban users to "cool off" after an argument.
We can't deal properly with alts.
If a lot users are spamming, and we strike the spam it can be inconvenient.
Users get to break the rules a lot more than before.
