Psy, if she believes that then more power to her. Religion was meant to be interpreted in many different ways. Besides, Anyone can tell you they know the truth, but then they'd be lying. Science isn't the absolute truth of the universe, science is just a tool to remove ignorance by teaching how the world works.

ibite- Science has figured out the exact composition of the human body. The process of making one artificially would be ludicrously expensive, and still a bit beyond our reach with current technology. Not only that, it'd still grow at the same rate as any normal human, and starts off as a fetus like any other human.

In other words, science does know how, but it'd cost millions of dollars and take too long to reach adulthood. You can get the exact same thing using the 'natural' method.
