Don't worry, this guy is legitimate.

Also, I'm posting my server here because I'm putting

loads of work into maintaining it and keeping it fun by adding certain things to it and I'm still not done with it. Not to mention that I'm doing this by myself.

Don't get me wrong, it's fun, but its hard, especially when your xbox live friends don't care to help. ;-;

^Not if you use the xbox itself. Which is what the video is telling you to do. Which is why Microsoft doesn't ban anybody that does this.
