The best thing we can do at this point is prime our "I told you so."'s for when he gets demoted again because he just cant find it within himself to listen to the people that know better than he.

How available are you: Depends, I'm thinking of hosting a Once-Weekly show, so i can keep up with PlazaLive, and my life. Anywhere from 7PM-10PM on Monday-Friday, Weekends are really-iff, so no go most likely for weekends.

An equal displeasing is not a decent solution. It is exactly the opposite. Delete what is bad. If people think you are being to harsh, they can talk to you about it. Delete the lewd content period. That is your job. Not to make people happy.
