I had seen K-On way before you. Its been like a year and a half since I first saw it. Any time I had said it's moe pandering I had a darn good reason because I had seen it. Also, the reason I watched K-On in the first place was because I actually wanted to watch something moe pandering. Same with Love Live tbh, but that blew me away even more than K-On did.
A problem I had with K-On and other shows of the same vein is that the characters don't feel genuine. It feels like you're just watching them (which you are of course), but with Love Live you feel way more involved on a personal level. Maybe because fans actually had a large hand in its development.
I don't think I can say anything more about boob jokes.
Yes, that's what I was thinking as well. I really don't ever see this as a problem.
You should really try out Hanasaku Iroha then.

I'm not opposed to it, and while there were some definite parts of development I don't think there was enough time in the movie for them to develop romantic feelings for each other. I would say that I would hope for more of a focus on their development in the sequel but I don't think it would capture the same thing Zootopia did.
