What I don't understand, is you, me, Spencer, Nutsy, Adler, Chaos, and Fayne among others are extremely active in the forums, know what should and shouldn't be there, and most of us have been active for years. Yet Drake for some reason, despite the fact that Carlos literally can't go a week without screwing up, refuses to demote him.

Same with the chatrooms. Spencer, Ryan, Fayne, Fallen, Dalton, and myself among many others are extremely active and have been there for years, and clearly know what should and shouldn't be there, because we are the firstrto protest when a moderator doesn't do their job correctly. Yet still, the only moderators we have are inactive. Ever since Bait left, I have seen more chatrooms void of moderation than I have in my entire time here.

I can't remember the last time I made a mistake. I know being in the presence of a radical imbecile (aka BJ) excites you for some reason, but let's not get carried away. Last time you made a mistake. Are you serious man? Is this a joke? You don't move a thread that needs to be moved, you attempt to moderate the chatrooms by misusing a tool. You delete threads rather than locking them. And you make up rules all in the span of five months, and there hasn't been a mistake? Do you even own mirror?

You've been demoted twice and of course every time you give an excuse for. both Bait and Kishy gave valid reasons for demoting you. Yet still there is some excuse. You are a not a good moderator. The only reason you are moderator is because you are active. You are unlikeable. You're a complete and total bias arrogent moron that virtually nobody with a brain likes. You can twist it another way in your mind all you want. But the fact of the matter is, every week there is a new person who thinks you should be demoted.


In case there are any uncertainties, you can not moderate. Period. All bias aside. You are physically and mentally incapable of making the right decisions.

This is silly. That happened only one time, it was recent, and I did that as a joke. You are clearly grasping at straws here.

I was within my right to execute my power to moderate and ban. The circumstances under which I exert such power are unknown to you and I am under no obligation to discuss them with you as I've already discussed them with members of the staff. My actions reflect responsibility and wisdom.

Certain conditions must be met for a thread to be deleted.
Deleted threads share many of the characteristics I am about to list: illegibility, briefness (typically one or two sentences), obvious trolling, failure to present topic of discussion, and an inappropriate topic.

I not only enforce but also interpret the rules. You do not have the authority to discuss the rules. Your opinion is baseless and carries no weight.


As for being demoted, it was a mistake. Colossal mistakes. The latest former Community Manager had already resigned when she demoted me for seemingly no reason. It was because she was ill-informed. And we all know what happened with Niggerstrikes.

I can now attest that the D3000 does not itself specify that it's only for spam, it only warns that it's "dangerous" and shouldn't be used if you don't know what you're doing. "Use wisely. It will be logged, Abusers will be banned and demoted"...Abuse of the tool is never specified.

Kishy and Andrew's opinion on Carlos' moderation doesn't matter because neither of them are CM anymore. That has nothing to do with anything anymore. If that's legitimate content for argument, we could bring up any past CM's choices for examples.

And finally, it can't be denied that moderation comes with putting users somewhat at mercy of personal opinions. Moderators are given the authority to decide what is SFW or otherwise, what's useless content, etc. Mods typically only face demotion when their opinions of such are drastically wrong (disregarding being demoted for other obvious reasons). You might not agree with every mod's actions, I might not agree, but that doesn't necessarily mean their action is wrong. Carlos remains in his position because he's an active, helpful forum mod, despite arguably messing up now and then.

SOOOOOOOooooooo when is the next radio broadcast, exactly?

^ Carlos has screwed up way more and way more severe than any other forum mod. He is rude to pretty much everybody, and nobody likes him. There are ten people that are as active as he is. Promote one of them and demote him because he obviously is getting a horrible reaction because he believes he is right 100% of the time despite the fact that when there is a fork in the road, he is going to choose the one that pisses everybody off. The majority agrees in his demotion.

At this point, I'm obviously the best moderator, just saying. If you think otherwise, then that just goes to show how terrible you (SirDavid and Leviathan) would be at this and how little you know of what I do. It's funny how you keep saying I always mess up when in reality I don't mess up at all, you're just making things up because you're just so horribly biased it's disgusting. I don't even mess up "every now and then."
