Not even, because then Slaking just becomes dead weight.

In fact, the best Strategy for Slaking is to pair it with Bronzong, so it can Skill Swap Slaking Levitate, Traunt, then Skill Swap Traunt to an enemy. After that, it Skill Swaps with Slaking.

Slaking: Enemy Ability
Bronzong: Levitate
---
Enemy 1: Traunt
Enemy 2: Enemy Ability.

Pass Slaking's burden onto another and take the useful ability from the enemy.
