But the process of developing a tulpa is not exactly clear, and can take hundreds of hours, and you're not supposed to tulpaforce for more than three hours a day. ]

[ I've heard of people developing tulpas on their own, but they don't discover it until getting into tulpamancy and making their own tulpa.

So theoretically, you could have a tulpa existing inside your brain, and never discover it.

But even if one existed, someone would have to know it is there and then narrate to it and impose it into reality so that they could interact with it. ]
