Guys don't wear makeup because makeup has always just been marketed towards women. Idk why. But they gotta preserve their Masculinityâ„¢ so a lot of them don't mess with anything even mildy femme (no homo).

Plus, society's more accepting to blemishes on a guy's face.

All those male actors and models wear plenty of makeup obviously
