Well, to be honest..
I think we should have more mods who actually work together. Mods know argue with one another, insult each other behind their backs, and so on.
I also think that moderators should stick with the 3 warning thing. We want plaza to grow, not for half the users to be banned. I also think we should also have mods who have different timezones, majority of the moderators have the same freaking timezone
so most of them are gone and that's when most of the rule breakers come in.

You see, I understand we are human, we aren't perfect, we make mistakes but we can all come together and make plaza a better place. Nobody likes strict mods, I want to see more mods who interact with users, not act like a damn cop. Being a moderator isn't a race to see who's better than the other, it's a privilege that can be easily taken away. I can list a whole bunch of mods who I want demoted but I don't want to get anyone upset.

You shouldn't find that hard to believe.

Many people here break night a lot of times, so I wouldn't be shocked to find out the site's active 3 in the morning, 1 in the morning, etc.

As I've said before, we have enough moderators in the forums. There are at least 5 too many in the chats.
When the majority of the forum dwellers are more active than I am, then will we need more mods.
