Here guys are your 7 things that are factual/wrong/disturbing about 3ds plaza

1 : did anyone ever notice the copy right on the way bottom left of the page. Well guess what it is fake indeed. This website is not officially copy righted at all. So if one of you guys here want to copy the website exactly how it is then do so because you won't get in any trouble at all with legal matters of course. This was proven by research and findings of the united States copyright office.
2 :The moderators of the site. These nice people help the site stay clean and make sure people follow the rules. But who makes them follow the rules? Nobody knows and I think in my own opinion nobody does make sure they follow the rules which this can mean that any moderator can go on rampage on banning people for no reason. Luckily no moderator(s) has done no such thing and guys lets hope it never happens.
3 : well I would not say this thing is wrong at all but it is very disturbing and kinda scary to know this. Moderators/admin/etc who are associated with managing plaza services know your IP address. The scary thing to it is that a IP address can "almost" pin point your location and were you live or at least a couple of blocks were you live to be exact. Yikes! Speaking of stalkers right. On this idk if it is illegal to do that because I did not look up research on it so if you get curious look it up.
4 : such a amazing well done put together site from rodeprop which I like to thank him for. As you all probably know the site is 5 years old, pretty amazing right. But all you guys know that some things don't last forever and what I mean that this site will not last forever. Now I am not saying the plaza is ending soon but what I am trying to say that some day this plaza will end and everybody will forget this place. Things have to fall together for good things to fall into place. So lets hope there will be a replacement for this site some day.
5 : at least 2 to 7 new people join 3ds plaza a day.there are at least 6279 or more members on the plaza. The funny thing about this is that there is only 30 to 65 members active. Why are we keeping the old members who are not active. Can we some how delete these profiles is there a limit to how many profiles that 3ds plaza can take?
6 : dating, yes dating which is not allowed on the site but why do people still do it? Specially they get away with it. Should we take this rule out or should we enforce it?. I ask a couple of 3ds plaza members if they ever were ask out or dated on the site and I got a couple of yes's and a little bit of no's but mostly yes's. BTW I ask 15 members in use to conduct this experiment which I will not give names
7 :I called this the inner circle, the "inner circle" are members/moderators of 3ds plaza who are usually well respected and some what intelligent. These people are usually given moderator positions and usually hang out and talk alot. This is example and I am not targeting this member at all but he was recently given a moderator position just because he was well respected and some what intelligent and I am not for sure but looks like he was friends with alot of moderator(s)I guess. BTW the guy I am talking about his name starts with a P and ends with a T so guys go looking for him. Jk

OK, let's get this out of the way...

1. Who really cares? I feel like the person who goes looking for copyright information on such a ssmall-scale forum site is more disturbing than said site not actually owning copyright. Especially if said site is based on a machine that actually has a legitimate copyright.

2. Insert 'You don't say?' meme here.

3. Again, duh. Although I do wonder how accurate my IP information is, since I generally use this site on my mobile, not connected to WiFi or anything, but I digress.

4. Again, duh.

5. Old, totally inactive profiles are generally removed after a certain matter of months.

6. People break rules? Please, tell me more! Not that it matters much, but my Fiancée recently got an account here, so... yeah. But I knew Her IRL long before She even knew about this place anyway, so IDK.

7. Well, it's not me, PCrush42T.

1. All works are automatically copyrighted. There's more to it as you said but that remains as a fact. This is a large topic so I'd rather not go on about this.

2. The 11th of this month would speak otherwise.

3. Yes though they aren't always accurate. Note that most webservers by default would log your IP address anyway. IPs in moderation are primarily used to check for ALTs.

4. This is a 3DS site and Nintendo are going to move on so I wouldn't be surprised. So for replacement? Well, just hope someone can bother with that. Me? I already have something else to work on.

5. Because history?

6. Happens mostly via PMs like many other things that wouldn't be allowed to be publicly posted. Can't always do much about it.

7. Perhaps there's more to it? I don't know what user you're talking about specifically.

Everything Node said.

Also, for #2: Moderators moderate other users, Community Managers "moderate" the moderators, and Robdeprop moderates everyone. And there's nothing stopping Rob from doing what he wants, because it's his site and he made the rules.
Also, other moderators can moderate each other....if a mod breaks a rule, another moderator is obliged to treat them like any other user who broke a rule.
Also...the "Rogue mod doing whatever they want" thing has happened twice (at least) now in Plaza history and it's never been tolerated so I wouldn't worry about it happening as a regular thing.

For #3, really anyone can get your IP if they do a little digging. You're technically putting your privacy at risk with any site you visit, though your IP isn't too big of a deal to begin with. There are ways around sharing it if it paranoids you though.

#5, Inactive accounts actually are deleted after approximately 6 months+ of no activity.

And for 7, I'm sure there are a number of "mod material" users laying low somewhere on Plaza...but if they're laying low, no one is going to know about them. This is why "popular", or as you referred as "inner-circle" users, are noticed more often. Not to say: "If you're popular, you'll become a mod", but there needs to be common interaction so people actually know what you're like and can judge whether you might actually make a good mod.

But interesting article o:

. I just answered everything and my computer crashed before I could hit submit.

Anyway, the only valid point you have is 6.
I miss you

No. 2 is false with my good friend Yellow banning all the moderators and breaking rules with his "VIVA LA REVOLUTION" crap, and it's happened twice before with other users.

1. I don't think you have to worry about anyone copying this website. The only people who would are people from this website, and they would just end up abandoning the copy they made of this website after they get bored of it.

2. The moderators of this website, in case you haven't noticed are scrutinized pretty hard. 3dsplaza is like a small town. Any small mistake any user makes, moderators included will be talked about for months. There is no way sombody would be able to pull a zero and get away with it.

3. You see, after the first movie, spongebob became absolute cancer. It used to be a pretty great show up until that point. Now, it didn't immediately became awful right after the movie. The episodes gradually got worse and worse until it became pretty much a completely different show. I heard that the original creator of spongebob is back and they newer episodes are better now, but I haven't seen them yet and don't really plan to. I'm not getting my hopes up just to be severely disappointed.

4. You don't know that. I'm sure we'll all be friends forever!

5. I don't really see the problem.

6. The fitnessgram pacer test is a multistep aerobic capacity test that progressively gets more difficult as it continues.

7. I'm starting to take this post less seriously as I read on. These don't even seem like legitimate "issues" and there's nothing disturbing about them. Sorry bud.
