Have you ever been hit on by a gay person?

How did you get hit on?
How did it make you feel?
Were you responding positive or negative to it?

I just got hit on by a gay guy. We've met before so he was asking like how I've been and stuff and then he was telling me that he liked my haircut, that now I'm gonna get all the sexy girls and I was like thanks

and he was like telling me that he now lives in the dorms and if that he could buy me food if I ever wanted some to go find him and he would buy me food.

Then my self-esteem was so high that I felt like I could go up and talk to a girl I've been wanting to talk to and so once I found her I tried to but it was hard for me so I went to the restroom and was like mentally motivating myself and talking myself into it! Have I been hit on by a gay person? Yes.
How did I get hit on? She said I was cute, and she straight up said she liked me, and wondered if I could possibly ever date the same sex.
How did it make me feel? Awkward, but at the same time flattered.
I responded pretty neutrally, but ultimately the response was negative.
