Hello there, Taylor here, and today, I'm going to teach y'all how to make a Tulpa, what a Tulpa is, post a FAQ, reasons you should not make one and the good things from one.

1) What is a Tulpa?

A Tulpa is a sentient "being" in your mind. It is just like you and I, it has a sex, personality, its own voice, opinion and even its own shape it takes on while you dream. It is not a slave, but you do have control over what it does. You make it by constantly thinking about one specific thing, and soon, there is another conscious within your head. Also, do NOT mistake this as a mental illness. A Tulpa is a real conscious in your head. Its 100% healthy and does not impede on your life. So, if you want a lasting companion that will stay your whole life, then continue!

2) Create a Wonderland(Optional!)

A wonderland is a place in your subconscious mind that you can access while your awake. You can see it with your mind's eye. Your mind's eye is just a term for when you view things in your mind.
Imagine a brown wooden chair in your head. If you saw it, no matter how fuzzy, you just saw it with your mind's eye.
Anyway, your Wonderland can be anything you want! It is much easier to make a Tulpa in your Wonderland, and while you are busy, or sleeping, your Tulpa can explore it. And when you dream, you and your Tulpa can explore it together, and go on crazy adventures. I recommend a more simple Wonderland at first, then expand. I'll share with you at the end about my Wonderland, and my Tulpa. As I said, its completely optional to make a Wonderland, but I highly recommend it.

3) Dotting you i's and crossing your t's

This is where you plan out what your Tulpa will look like. Will it be a boy, a girl? What personality will it have? This is when you would think that over.

4) Forcing

Forcing is when you make your Tulpa's look (e. g. Skinny, fit, overweight, etc) and personality. There are two methods of Forcing, Active Forcing and Passive Forcing.

-Active Forcing-
This is where you attempt to shut everything out, and focus all your attention on your Tulpa. Now, you imagine a figure(Male/Female) in your wonderland, or if you don't have one, its best to use a white space. Start imagineing what you want your Tulpa to look like(hair, eye color, form etc). It can take anywhere from 1 hour to a week. Its best to know what you want before you start. Next, you want to establish a personality to it. Think about the personality, and then think about your Tulpa. Now imagine that personality taken on the form as light. Now imagine that light passing through your Tulpa. Keep thinking about each personality and your Tulpa for a while, then move onto your next personality, ect. You can do this with either your eyes open or closed, it doesn't matter. Just make sure you don't fall asleep. Most Tulpa's do not like that.

-Passive Forcing-
This is the SAME as Active Forcing, but you do it not giving 100% attention to your Tulpa. It is possible to make a Tulpa with only Passive Forcing. If you can't stop what your doing to Active Force, then force while you are doing something, like eating, or reading. [note]--DO NOT PASSIVE FORCE WHILE YOU ARE DRIVING!!--

5)Narrating

Narrating is where you talk to your Tulpa either out loud or in your head. When you talk, focus those words to your Tulpa. Imagine your Tulpa when you talk. And if you have a wonderland, its best to always imagine it there. This is the most important part(in my opinion) on creating a Tulpa. This is what gives it the ability to talk to you. After a week of this, it should be speaking to you. It will, at first, sound like you, but as time progress, you will tell it apart.

7) Completion!!!

After a month or so, your Tulpa should be completed. By now, it should be talking to you, and sometimes, it might change it's name, your wonderland or even its form. Let it. Remember, this is a being in your mind, and you should let your Tulpa have free will, just as you do.

8) Reasons not to make a tulpa

A tulpa should not be made for the following:
I. -To have sexual interactions. Now, as time progresses, you can have an intimate relationship with him/her/it.

II. As a tool.

III. Slave

IV. Relationship

9) About my Tulpa and wonderland

My Tulpa:
Name: Minna
Sex: Female
Age: Undeclared
Looks: Her clothes change all the time, but thats because I made her nude, so she could change her appearance later on. Its only necessary to imagine her nude for around 30 minutes to an hour, then you can put clothes on her. But she has white fox ears, snow-gray shoulder length hair. A bushy grey fox tail with the tip being snow-white. A little sharpness to her teeth.
Personality: Girly, helpful. She will break the rules if it it is in our favor. She is sarcastic and rude to people who disrespect us.

My wonderland:
A basic meadow with flowers. Its very calming.

These little s can turn on you, ya' know? You shouldn't be going around making tulpas for s and giggles, they're often hard to get rid of, and they don't always turn out how you want. It's not a tamagotchi either. The last people you want creating these are hormonal teenagers.

That wonderland crap is just daydreaming. The real shiz is lucid dreaming. Git gud.

A Tupla can easily be gotten rid of by ignoring it. It can only live if you acknowledge it. And all Tulpa's want to live, so they try not to make their hosts mad. And I'm not doing it for s and giggles. I realy want to make one, and I have the maturity to do so.

"The real shiz is lucid dreaming" I know that, but I haven't finish my guide yet. I will talk about lucid dreaming, and how you can communicate with you Tulpa through it. So wait before you talk.

Tulpa's aren't for everyone. You can only understand if you have one. I was just like y'all, then I started. I thought it was stupid, then saw some good in it.
