It does. I am not sure how much, but there are lots of other options such as magisto. This is free and requires a sign up. If you want your videos to be longer, then payment is required in order to have them last longer than a minute or so.

Its fun. You can even use a green screen to add neat backrounds, but the steps in getting the subject not look fuzzy is rather complicated. Hearing how to do it fries my brain.

My brother usually edits his videos with Sony Vegas. My dad got the installation progran on a burned disc.
