You wouldn't even learn anything because of some facts you said like '-Asking the teacher for help will get you expelled'.
You would be a weak and extremely antisocial child who in the future won't even be able to survive outside alone just because of getting used of those rules.
You wouldn't even be able to talk to your boss like a normal person, in result of not getting a job at all.
Not talking to anyone will lead you nowhere but just end up dying alone.
And having your questions from the stuff you are learning not answeared will just lead you on not having any good knowledge at all.
So I hightly doubt a school like that would even exist.

There was an incident last year and now males and females must be separated at all times. Even at the restaurant and even when skiing. What was the incident? Well it involved and young couple and a restaurant table.

In my old Middle School, honestly, the principal would put those who hug in the hallways in detention, and if somebody kisses another person on the cheek, it would also result in a detention
"Talking to your best friends at school would result in suspension" would mean looking for new people and saying bye-bye to your other friends.
"Asking the teacher for help"
In which the only way to get help is by online, asking students ( who would probably need help from the teacher unless they pay really close attention to the teacher and so forth )
If a school like it ever existed, it would be complete hell.

Imagine your school being as strict as possible.
-Hugging would result in a suspension
-Coughing in crowded hallways result in a week's detention
-Yawning because you're tired in the beginning of the school day results in a 2 week suspension
-Asking the teacher for help will get you expelled
-Eating pizza, mozerella sticks and foods like that results for a week's worth of Detention ( because you're suppose to eat healthy as the school would say )
-Talking to your best friends at school would result in a week's worth of suspension.
-No Gym time.
-3 hours of a particular class period
How would you feel about a strict school like this?
And what if your mom and dad decided not to transfer you since that's the only school that's actually closer to you whilst the other schools you don't know of are miles and miles way?
