A little inflated is an understatement. I'm not saying exactly what I got, but when the result is north of 140, you're technically a "genius". By definition, that is.

You don't (or rather, "shouldn't" ) need paper for arithmetic, geometric, or exponential sequences. Not the ones on this test.

These are BS IQ tests with no credibility.

Here is the Stanford Binet IQ test. A version of this test is used by psychologists.
