carlos11 (2014-07-30 06:40:05)This apears to have come out so out of left field that I had to check if this was C&Ped.
What the hell do people do while they're in their closet anyway? If this is a relevant problem in today's world, I want to know why. I've heard of staying in you room all day but never the closet.

MegaBeanish (2014-07-30 08:00:38)I hate the term "Come out the closet." It sounds so dumb. I was originally going to put "Don't wait long to come out of the closet!" as the title but deleted the last part cause I hate that term

Dimentia (2014-07-30 08:20:46)I never really say I'm bi. I just give out small hints. Except now, I actually said I'm bi.
Go to boo, i moved there.
BlueBlur (2014-07-30 12:14:32)Personally you should keep this to yourself until your an adult.

You shouldn't wait long to come out of the closet. The ideal time to come out would be 8th grade. That way you'll be the "top dogs" at that school and you won't have to come out as a Freshman and risk being bullied by Seniors.
By coming out you will see who your real friends are and it will take a huge load off your shoulders. And you'll have a bigger opportunity to be happy while you're enjoying the best years of your life before you become an adult.
There might be bullies. There might be people that don't like you or call you names. I have never had to deal with this at school because people respect me for my decision to join the Marine Corps as an Officer. You might not be ask lucky, but the best thing to do is to surround yourself with your true friends as much as you can. They will stick up for you.
This newer generation is becoming very tolerant of LGBT people. In a couple decades I believe everyone will have equal rights and it won't be viewed as weird by most people.
Some simple ways to come out would be by joining a G ay-Straight Alliance at your school, wearing a pride wristband like I do, or by giving little hints. It's easier for people to ask you then for you to tell others. So don't wait long to come out, because I did and missed a lot of opportunities but my life is great now!
