Do you give them money? I do sometimes. I gave money today. I fliped the hell out. -_-

This guy has been hanging out by the gas station for the last 2 weeks.Well GameStop is right across the street. I was walkng over to gamestop,the guy had asked me for money and told me 'Sir,can I have a couple of bucks? I havnt ate for 3 days' So I gave him a $20 bill. I went and got my game out of GameStop! I turn around and this asshole bought himself a beer and NOT FOOD! I was soo pissed. This is the LAST time Im giving money to a homless person. That 20 couldve been another game for me. -_-

The ones that look like they were druggies I dont give them money. So Mega dont ask me for money. Lol

Instead of giving them money, buy them a meal or something.
A lot of homeless people became homeless because of substance abuse, so they're still probably craving what they once abused.

I had tried to give a homless person a Carls Jr burger once (Which was MY food) and she refused it she wanted money. She didnt get any money though.

Don't give homeless people anything. They lie a lot, they beg for the money so that they can get what they want.

There are a lot of homeless people in Anchorage. They have nowhere to go in the winter and winter is pretty harsh for them, too. Usually, you know the drunks from the ones that actually want food.
I give them money sometimes. It's mostly food, though.

This may seem heartless, but I always walk by them, simply not acknowledging them.

The reason as to why I do this is because most of the time it's their fault they wind up on the streets anyway.

Someone offers you drugs: DON'T TAKE THEM

Someone offers you cigarettes: DON'T TAKE THEM

Someone tells you to drink even though you're hammered: DON'T TAKE THE DRINK. Remember, check yourself before you shrek yourself.

Under any other circumstance, I'd consider myself quite the humanitarian. But this. Aw hell naw. What these no-good bastards need to do is get off their lazy asses and stop freeloading off of my tax dollars and innocent people trying to help.
