Yeah, this one time I awoke as this dark thing strangled me for several hours. All the while I lay completely motionless because I simply could not move a muscle. It must have tired because it left, through the ceiling, and then I regained control of my body.

I find that funny.. I'm so sorry.
I keep my eyes closed during it.. You should be able to move your fingers and toes and that will wake you up. Keep calm. Don't try to speak. I can wake myself from it and I've never hallucinated during.

And then Spencer and Danny crawled up from the floor and their faces went all twisted and demonic and I couldn't move or breathe and I woke up crying and choking on my own fear.

I fell asleep in my living room and my family was there I could see my mom etc. Sitting and watching t.v as I was very scared I tried yelling for help all I could hear is "ehh err -groanage- "
I tried moving but nope.
Everything went dark. Awake! I felt relived and told my family what happened and this same thing happened three times.

Then I realised it was just a School Day.

I think that's what it's called. I had it last night.

So, I woke up in the middle of the night and I couldn't move. I think it was from shock or something, because while I was paralyzed, I saw this shadow moving near my door. Until it got out of my sight was when I could move again. It's truly scary, especially if it's the first time you've heard about/experienced this. It may not seem scary, but you get SO scared while it's happening. My stomach just dropped and your heart thumped, cause you couldn't move and you couldn't turn away with your blanket over your head until it left. Idk why you see the black thing... but yeah. Anyone else experience this?
