I am pretty religious but I don't go to church or read the bible but sorry about what I'm about to say JESUS IS REAL there is proof of Jesus being on the Earth there are writings from his disciples there are also records but you don't have to believe in God but if religion is right you will only find out after you die.

Haven't you guys seen the news? Science is proving the Bible is true. Science is not a bad thing, it's actually good, however, scientists just uses too much of their thoughts and believes. Then eventually they'll go crazy, just like Albert Einstein.

@Leadkisses: You're half right. Human beings can think for themselves, except for younger ones. Indoctrination works on young minds because they don't have the mental maturity to resist outside influences. It doesn't work on full grown adults to tell them that they're going to suffer eternally if you don't convert, yet it works on kids because they see whatever someone tells them as true.

There's a documentary concerning "Bible Camp", which demonstrates the indoctrination done to kids. It is the most saddening and unnerving thing I've ever come across.

@Nin10dude: It's not because we look similar. We've proven that man evolved from apes because we've found "Missing Links", AKA common ancestors, as well as tests showing a lot of our genetic code is similar to that of other "Great Apes".

@Nin10Dude: Your logic astounds me. Of course the DNA sequences aren't 99% identical, because century after century of evolution will obviously cause the similarity to grow further apart. That doesn't make the similarities nonexistant.

It's like the dinosaurs, birds and those flying dinosaurs things are similar, but that doesn't mean they're relative. Same goes for triceratops, and Rynoes. (fail spell)

Triceratops and Rhinos aren't related.

The name your also thinking of is Archeopteryx, which were feathered Dinosaurs. As ancestors to Birds, they are, in fact, related to birds.

That's like saying your great, great, great, great, great, great, great, great grandfather isn't related to you.

That's interesting how you say we are brainwashed at birth. I could say the same about "Evolution". And I can disprove evolution with one question:


Can you show me a change of kinds?


You see, it is much easier to believe that there is a superior being out there that created all of this, than it is to say we "evolved" from apes. (In my opinion, the idiocies you show in evolution could prove that you are in fact a monkey.) I could also ask a few other questions, such as:

What caused the "Big Bang"?
How can life come from death?
Why is there little evidence of Evolution?
When did we start evolving?
Who defines truth?
Where did all of this take place?

Also, Science does not prove the Bible is true. That is like saying Science is more trustworthy than God's own word. Science simply supports the bible.
