There are 39 Characters in Brawl: Including Shiek, Zero suit Samus, Squirtle, Ivysaur and Charizard. Sakurai mentioned he wants to keep the Roster the same number limit to Brawl, so there will probably be characters leaving the game. Let's be reasonable about who we want in the Smash Bros. 4 Roster, and not say something like "I want Naruto in Smash Bros. 4!1".

Zoruark (This spot will probably be taken by Generation 6's Lucario/Zoruark Fighter)
Krystal (Star Fox got got +1 fighter for each Smash Bros., we can expect another one)
Ridley (Don't give me the argument on Ridley being too big, you've seen Bowser in the mario series, and they shrunk him, the same goes for Charizard. Olimar is 1.9cm, they increased his size a ton.)
King K. Rool (They added a Dedede in Brawl, the same can happen here.)
Dixie Kong (Sakurai loves bringing old characters back, we can expect something similar)
Izaac (Golden Sun Series; He came as an assist trophy throwing hands, we can expect him playable here.)
Lloyd (He's not that bad, his fighting style gives him the move-set here.)
Sonic (Sonic is well known, and lots of fans always loved him, we can expect him to return.)
Shadow (Was an assist trophy in the previous game, can return if Sonic does.)
Bowser Jr. (People are growing in on him, why not give him a chance?)
Bomberman (Don't get your hopes up, expecting him is low, but we may as well if Wii Fit Trainer is in.)
Wario (May remove to keep the roster exact)
Waluigi (If Warios in, this is a nice addition, appeared as a assist trophy last game)
Toad (We anticipate him, but he just seems to weak as a character, the type of character we expect in the kitchen.)
Olimar (We hate him, but he was rather unique.)
Louie/Other partners (This seems like a waste spot, since there's little creative ideas other than throwing pikmin.)
Professor Layton/Ace Attorney (I expect any of these two can be added in.)
Sora (That's right, Sora from Kingdom Hearts series. He seems pretty capable of joining.)
Pac-Man (You never know, there's more to life than eating dots.)
Rayman (The franchise is slowly increasing in popularity.)
Black Mage (Final Fantasy character, also appeared in Hoops 3 on 3 and Sports Mix.)
Rosalina/Daisy (Both appear out of nowhere and disappear whenever they want, let's expect one of them at least.)
Balloon Fighter (A classic character, we don't know much of him, but we may if he's added in.)
Rhythm Thief/Phantom R (I picked up this game not too long ago and wondered, he can probably make it over Sonic.)
Cloud (He's pretty good of a character...)
Palutena (She has helped Pit a lot)

Since they made a deal with Microsoft over it, and failed to meet their expectations. Banjo threeie was supposed to exist on that note. I'll include them as Unlikely.

As for Conkers. Conkers bad fur day was rated M, so if a kid likes Conkers enough to look into the game, I think s/he would be surprised in what they will find. Sort of why I think it's funny when a kid looks into Pokemon XXXXXXX and Y.

It can be taken into consideration, but the fact that Nintendo was nice enough to let Megaman in, I don't know about Zero being added. Sonic was added, but neither was Shadow. I main Zero in Tatsuno Vs Cacpom and Marvel Vs Capcom 3, so I'm a fan, it just occurs obvious to me when I think about Zero being added. I'll put it on the list though, since Nintendo is arbitrary.

You need to get some facts right. Yoshi is obviously gonna appear because he's a veteran. He appeared in the first Smash Bros.

Peach obviously appearing again. Appeared since Melee.

Ice Climber will appear as well. They've always bin around since Melee.

Rob is very unlikely to appear. Tney probably used him to prevent creating another clone.

Mr. Game & Watch will also appear. He appeared since Melee.

Ice Climber will appear as well. They've always bin around since Melee. - When a game series is dropped, eventually the character will grow rusty and stale, do you really want to see Ice Climbers 1 grab into a KO again?

Rob is very unlikely to appear. Tney probably used him to prevent creating another clone. - He will be removed most likely, it's obvious, this thing wasn't very popular. You have to be realistic when it comes to making prediction

Mr. Game & Watch will also appear. He appeared since Melee. - Again, just because a character was in melee, doesn't mean that the character will return. Pichu, Mewtwo, Roy, Dr. Mario are all characters dropped. Clones? Okay, there's access of changing a characters entire moveset. Sakurai stated himself that the SSB4 roster will contain the exact same amount of that of Brawl, so some characters will disappoint fans when they're replaced. If possible, I would love Nintendo to add +10 more character slots at least. So far, you've only stated that they appeared in previous smash bros. games, and that they will 100% without a shadow of a doubt, appear in the next game, you don't know that, and neither do I, that's why they're in the predict list. If anything, they will add Yarn Yoshi over Yoshi, you never know.
